I get those on Icq I dont use it anymore because of it.

I used to get stupid Messages all the time like that, but ICQ you can set it so that you only get messages from those on your contact list, I set that, and no more junk, or annoying fools, who have nothing better to do than annoy people, probably they don't know what AIM, and ICQ stand for

but if you do that does that not mean then people who aren't on your icq list will be able to contact you?

like if you give someone your icq number and they try to message you then it won't take it?

and what about someone trying to add me to their contact list, would it block that request also?

Nope, if someone wants to add me to thier contact list, then it does not block that, just blocks messages from people not on it, if they want to talk to me, then they will request to be on my list, otherwise, GET LOST!!!!

I dont often get little fools like that, but when I do (and only for the bad ones) I act like a friend get there e-mail then send em a e-mail bomb
