Best fan for an XP 2000+

hey guys, well the monthly cmp show is tommorow (sunday) and Im gonna check out what they got. I just wanted to know one there. THERE ARE SOOOOOO MANY FANS!!! and I cant keep them all straight.
What is, in your opinion, the best fan I can buy for an XP 2000+ that will also allow me to overclock without overheating...also how quiet is this said fan?

best fan u can get is a delta,wont be quiet though
look for something with +50 cfm,sunon makes a good 50cfm fan and its quiet
what heatsink r u using

lol tell me about it martial...
I was either going with a coolermaster or thermaltake...havent actually decided on anything to cool the processor
most likely Im going to buy a combo deal from someone...I just want something that cools and that cant be heard downstairs
I also want to HEAR myself frag in Quake III...not the fan

Check out specs for Cooler Master HHC-001 runs at about 6900rpm but pretty quiet with case close, I think so, compared to some that run about Rpm. I just installed one on my Athlon 1.1Ghz, brought temps down about 20 Degs C. from original temps of 45+ Deg C. Currently about 30 Deg's C. with 4 apps running at any one time.
*hint: Lapping helps a little bit if you have the time to do so, noticed a 3-5 deg variable drop. Besides as do most heatsinks, the HHC-001 come from the factory with noticeable sanding marks. I lapped mine starting with 220 grit paper, then 320, down to 400 grit paper, polished it off with "Never-Dull" metal polish (works on Copper & Aluminum) to a mirror like reflection. Learned of the technique on a website, can't remember which one, it's real easy to do though takes about 15min to do an HHC-001.

Hummm...I own that heatsink .......thanks for the info..a 3 degree drop is really a substantual drop.
I would like to add that for me, the stock fan is a bit on the loud side. Nothing like a Delta but still on the border of what I would consider a quiet fan. I'm using a 4700 rpm fan and only noticed a couple of degrees difference.
