I'm back...

Took a few days off
So I could quit cigarettes.
New, improved ghost now.
Major league babe found;
She smart, into computers,
Most intelligent.
New girlfriend not smoke,
She's worth it for me to quit;
I do this myself.
She not know the truth
But done for her, thus me too.
New energy found.
Now food taste different;
Must take care not to pig out
Lest be big fat ghost.
Must stay muscular;
Work out daily for months now.
'Ricans fear the ghost.
Prey's audio flame
Most funny, he try so hard
To be what ghost is.
When man tries too hard,
Desperation evident,
Seen by everyone.
Except for L-Dawg;
He say "Cool Prey, you da man."

Congrats! I've just finished the long road to quitting, it's worth it in so many ways. Notice how bad they smell as a non-smoker?

I'm a quittin too(as I light one up
). Cuttin out the at work smokes, then gonna throttle back at home. My health insurance went up 25%
.

Since Monday been all alone,
Have not been working.
Picture ghost quit smoke...
Then go to work; Each head seen
As batting practice.

One report all in Haiku
But that was last week.

i filled up my car
only took seven twenty five
have gone 74 miles
didnt take much gas
took six point two five gallons
eek 12 m.p.g.
car should get 30
