my son amazes me

he watches t.v. for some reason it trips me out. he's 2 months old almost and he loves to watch t.v. at night. he's watching winnie the pooh right now. its a halloween one. i wonder what he thinks when he watches it......

My sisters' kid watches Zoboomafoo all the time and we wondered the same thing. It's like they are in a trance....

That is very strange. My daughter Lillian barely ever watchs tv, yet we usually leave it on during the day. Sometimes she'll glance at barney or bear in the big blue house, but not for very long before she's off running. Her love for tv is rooted in the little buttons in the front. Considering she's barely over 1, I truely believe she has all six buttons figured out.

princess he is probably amazed with the colors and the sounds
brucie was glued to the tv when barney came out he would sit through the entire video. Good sitter while I cleaned.
Brittni on the other hand would look at it sit down, and on to better things she would go. bruce still likes tv, britt would rather be outside weird.

My brothers son is 11 weeks old now. He's just too much fun. He likes all the lights. I'll see him watching TV sometimes. When you smile at him he smiles right back. His name is Lochlin Liam. My brothers girl calls him Lucky. I just love his little face. I got tons of pic. But I don't have a digital cam. I'll put some up one day with my cheap(Logitech)camera.

Don't lose that feeling of amazement, Princess.
I have one daughter aged 27 years and a son aged 23 years. I am still "tripped out" with some of the things they do.

I agree with croc, they never stop amazing you, no matter the age. You have so much to look forward to with all the new adventures ahead for your little one, Mathew is it. Pictures and memories never go away, they remind us of all those oh so special moments and sometimes embarrassing moments. But no matter what you won't want to trade any of them for anything. I have saved so much from my sons childhood, him being a teenager now, not impressed with some of it. But someday when he is older and has a family of his own, I will pass them on to him and his wife and I'm sure he/they will get a kick out of the stuff then. You sound like a great mom princess, you"ll make your son proud.

It's still amazement, Wishiwas but, don't you find yourself replacing the word *wow* when they amaze you with a new word?
I know I have sometimes.
The word I find myself using more often is *Why?*
While that word is uttered, visualise a man standing, looking to the skies with upwardly outstreched arms, palms cupped and shaking uncontrollably.

Yes Croc that is true. The words why, who, what, where, how, how come me and oh no what happened this time??? Many times. lol Teenagers got a love them but I also remember what I was like as a teen so I don't want to sound like my parents.
I just keep remembering too, a few more years and I hope he finds that special someone and a home of their own. lol
