hey, i got that app and im runnin win2k pro with sp2.. ie6... check this..

Sorry, Shaw isnt docsis, and no the cybersurfr isnt docsis either.

The Cybersurfr should have a diagnostic page to look at from the provider, however, finding the correct address for it can be a battle unless you know someone that has the address or the provider feels like telling you.

If its not docsis then it probably dosent get authenticated with the server, Thus uncapping?
I quit tcp/ip for php a long time ago hahaha

Motos can be uncapped, but at the router, still not at your end

Oh, and Shaw doesnt cap, just remembered.
Your moto has a max upload of 768kbps anywho.
