BSD Urgent?

What is BSD Urgent, and should it be turned on? Also, where can I find the definitions for the other settings on the CagleNut Adjuster?

In the cablenut folder, there is an internet shortcut file called tcpip98 and tcpip2k. They have the definitions in there.
