Is there a wayto manually change my Rwin through registry to 408800?

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\
System\CurrentControlSet\Services\VxD\MSTCP
Within that key above in the registry follow that path for Win9x Till you see DefaultRcvWindow in the right hand veiw
