i ghot this tweak for bell sympatico HSE for win98 but the problem is that i have win2k
Bell.Sympatico.aDSL.Tweak-VTZ
if someone can get me the tweak for win2k i will be happy

p.s. it really works. i got a friend who got 110k in win98!!!!!

Many of us are using cablenut's patches with success. If you go to http://www.student.ipfw.edu/~gottjl01/patch.htm you can download his version 3.65 which came out 2 days ago.

I save his patches to my desktop. If you do the same you'll just need to double click on the icon and follow the instructions to install. Please note that you'll want to highlight the option during install for DSL Win98.
