Road Runner Tweaks?

Hey,
Is it possible to boost road runner uploads? i can download at almost anything but i can only upload at around 30kbps average and 40kbps MAX it like to upload at at least 60kbps. I heard that Road Runner Caps their servers thought instead of their modems. Is this still possible . If so please help a fellow slow cable guy out. Thanks

Wait your getting 30kbps to 40kbps is that KB or k-bits... For the most part cable is getting upload averages of 20kbps so from what I see your doing pretty good.
There really is no way to tweak the upload.. :(
