downloaded patch and ran the installation, but it don't seem to show.

Good job, it's in, the bad news is it is night time so no burning rubber yet

do u think that I should mes around w/ the cablenut 4.0, will this do it, or will that other one do anything more for me. Also, is all this consider uncapping?

No thats not uncapping, you may try what you like
