cisco 675..any more tweaks?

hey all..I have a Cisco 675 router running my uswest 272 down, 256 up dsl...I have the line quality tweaks performed and am at a line quality of 45 db...would installing the speed patches to my LAN (hub plugged into router, using dhcp) help at all? and are there any more tweaks I can do to the 675? thx
