Folding is just one step closer to Genetic manipulation and nanotechnology, and before you know it we will all be having implants in our hands and bar codes on our forheads

We are becomign to smart for ourselves, this is predicted in the bible, and it's starting to happen :|

To learn what folding is go to: http://folding.stanford.edu/

It is the largest DC project to understand protein folding and mis-folding which causes many disease when they mis-fold.

I put it this way, Folding is a natural behviour of large molecules. The exact way the molecule folds can determine much of its chemical behaviour. In biology this is critical. We are helping to study the shape of the folded molecules.

Hi OSULLY, Did you see how old this thread is from the last post, besides mine? Over 7 years ago, and I don't think the posters are around anymore. The only one active is Brent.

I was just giving the latest link to the F@H project. :D
