For the last 2 weeks we've been in the hovering in the 80's and 90's but we're also getting hit with 60% and above humidity. For So Cal that level of humidity is just unbearable.

HVAC is always an option
I actually liked the weather in So Cal last I went there in the summer, it seemed to stay in the mid 60s at night. Without the traffic and the LA smog would've been great even, hehe.

I'm with Philip. Cool nights and when it gets warm, I head for the water. Lots of goats there but the sheep are far and few between.

At least they don't have as many beached Florida whales.. er. nm.
