Not sure how to tweak new 1Gig netz?

My previous max speed was 25Mbps (was easy to figure out the numbers with that slow speed). As of yesterday I am now at 1Gig down/1Gig up. I did the TCP/iP Analyzer and here are my results:

Tested on: 2025.08.15 07:03
IP address: 50.42.xxx.xxx
Client OS/browser: Windows 10 (Chrome 139.0.0.0)
TCP options string: 020405b40103030801010402
MSS: 1460
MTU: 1500
TCP Window: 65280 (not multiple of MSS)
RWIN Scaling: 8 bits (2^8=256)
Unscaled RWIN : 255
Recommended RWINs: 64240, 128480, 256960, 513920, 1027840
BDP limit (200ms): 2611 kbps (261 Kilobytes/s)
BDP limit (500ms): 1044 kbps (104 Kilobytes/s)
MTU Discovery: ON
TTL: 52
Timestamps: OFF
SACKs: ON
IP ToS: 00000000 (0)
I have also made a few registry tweaks such as the following: Heuristics Disabled, Congestion to CTCP and had to change my old 1492 PPoE DSL setting to 1500. And from the above 65280 not multiple of MSS I change that to 64240 which I think is correct am I right???
What should my RWIN be??? I am at about 21s of latency...I have no idea sorry That is the last value I think I need to really optimize and steady my connection speed???
Thanks for any and all help...it is much appreciated!
