My previous max speed was 25Mbps (was easy to figure out the numbers with that slow speed). As of yesterday I am now at 1Gig down/1Gig up. I did the TCP/iP Analyzer and here are my results:

I have also made a few registry tweaks such as the following: Heuristics Disabled, Congestion to CTCP and had to change my old 1492 PPoE DSL setting to 1500. And from the above 65280 not multiple of MSS I change that to 64240 which I think is correct am I right???

What should my RWIN be??? I am at about 21s of latency...I have no idea sorry That is the last value I think I need to really optimize and steady my connection speed???

21ms of latency is great.

You can't directly change the RWIN/TCP Window value in Windows 10, so don't worry about it, as long as the TCP Auto Tuning is set on "Auto" in the TCP Optimizer it will be fine.

Been a few months since I messaged with you. I always forget about the Auto-Tune. I am forgetful about that one aspect in the newer Win versions. Either way my speed tests at Fast.com always give me between 800Mbps-1.1Gbps. I don't really need to tweak since I am getting full speed pretty much.

And YES!!! 25Mbps was the fastest speed I had ever had. But my word...the Fiber 1Gig/1Gig deal is just ridiculous. I could have gotten 500/500 for the same exact price I was getting 25/2 ($30/month) if you can believe that! But I got greedy and and am paying $15/month more for the 1Gig both ways deal (still only $45/month). And to be honest it just feels weird. I have grown so used to waiting MANY MANY HOURS for large game downloads. I can download about 400+ Gigs/hour now instead of my 8 heh

I tell people they don't need 1Gbps if they can get away with 500Mbps anymore, unless you are a power user with a number of teens in the house downloading large files, heh. Even streaming 4K video is 10Mbps or less, so yeah, speeds changed Technology also matters, Fiber is much better than older DSL lines over long noisy copper runs.
