Sort of hardware related.. ;)

Is there anyone here that used to have these Eltek rectifiers (Flatpack version 1) in their care that would know the "Installer" secret password?

Im trying to mess with one and I am stuck.

This is the password that you use with the "Winpower" application to configure factory type changes i.e. -48vdc to -24vdc..

<<service>> does not get you there.

Heh, kind of specific :)

For Flatpack MCU... there is a manual that suggests password is set to a default "service"
See page 72 https://nickvsnetworking.com/wp-content ... l-Unit.pdf

For the Flatpack v2, the default password to change parameters seems to be a pin, "0003" --> https://www.eltek.com/globalassets/medi ... k2-sp2.pdf
For the Smartpack v2 the username is "admin" and the password is also "admin"

If those don't work for you, I'd try to email the company directly and ask, if they're still around.

Thanks!

Yeah- the service password does get me in to most of the settings but there is an "Installer" password that allows a setting that I need in order for this thing to work..

Ive got to bug the latest company to "own" the trademarks to see if they have anything. Till then- back to the drawing board. ;)

Any chance you have an .iso of the Winpower software? Also, does anyone know if the alarm relays are configured by default?

Trying to wire in the closed contacts and unsure if I need the Winpower to do I told configuration.
