intruder constantly dos attacking me thousands of times a day with chinese spoofed ip

he won't stop constantly scanning my ports first it was only through my kids iPhone with a spoofed wan IP but now he is just straight living in my router how can I evict him once and for all?

Answered your other thread, but basically update firmware on the router, disable remote administration, etc.

If you contact your ISP with all of the ip addresses he's using they might be willing to set a manual block to your ip from his ip's.
