What are the best TCP Optimizer settings?

I would like to ask a question if you may, what is simply the best settings for the tcp optimizer program for maximum speed? Any help is much appreciated.
Generally, the best settings are the "optimal" settings. Just choose your advertised internet speed in the slider, the "optimal" radio button, and apply.
Other than that, you can look through the articles on the main site, there is some more general info on Network Adapter optimization that may not all be covered by the TCP Optimizer.
