I've been reading about this setting but I'm still a little unsure about exactly what it is and does. It does sound like it is something I should possibly be setting in my router but..

Background: I have 1 wired PC and 1 wireless phone on the main network. Everything else is guest. When relatives or anyone else (including the wife) us a phone, iPad or "Guest" wireless PC, it goes on the guest network.

AP isolated mode refers to a state where WiFi clients can't communicate with each other, or with the wired network - they can only get to the internet. It is something you should use if you want all your wireless clients to ONLY be able to browse, without access to any local network shared resources, i.e. files/media/photos/printers sharing, etc.

That's what I was looking for. I was mostly concerned with all the relatives (kids) that comes over on the weekends holidays and I wanted to avoid any "chain reaction" throughout my networked devices. I only keep the devices I have control over and are not used by anyone else on the main network and wifi. Everyone else is put on the Guest wifi.

I'm not sure if the settings allow me to use AP Isolated on the Guest Network only? I'll have to see.
