I have a 1.75 Mbps connection as i checked from speedtest.net

What connection speed should i use in TCP optimizer?

I changed several settings in the Ethernet Network Controller adpater before downloading the program btw (Mine is Nvidia nForce controller, using Geforce 7025 with 630a chipset).

Changes were from guides on how to optimize NIC for gaming (Disabling Interrupt Moderation and Priority & vLAN for example).

Help would be very much appreciated.

What is the maximum advertised internet connection that you should be getting ? I would use 2-3 Mbps in the connection speed slider I suppose, and pick the "optimal" settings.

The Optimizer will not affect your more advanced manual Network Adapter tweaks.

I'm not exactly sure how much we are paying for, but it seems to be the aforementioned 1.75 Mb because it doesn't get past that, Upload Speed seems to be 0.83 or something like that.

The "optimal" settings for a 2 or 3 Mbps connection are the same, I would choose something in that range.

Well, will do that, won't have problems later.
