Can't give an answer without much more detail. What is your primary router...how is its LAN setup?
And how is the WLAN connected to your primary router? With specifically what equipment? Another wireless router? Or just a wireless access point?

I have a linksys e4200 router. The Napco WLAN is connected to it via Ethernet cable on port 4. My computer is connected vie Ethernet cable to port 1. The router is connected to a cable modem which is used for my internet/tv/phone connection.

This is a very, very hard scenario to diagnose. How are you certain it's the Napco WLAN that's causing the problem?
