add an email account issue

Hi, I am using windows 8 and when i am typing in a doc or browser or where ever a window keeps popping up asking me to add an email accounts. How do I stop this from happening?

I still wonder why members are so reluctant to let other members do a remote session. They can cut the remote session off at any time. A lot more helpful than going back and forth in dealing with individual posts. Members can see your screen and what you are trying to do and better help you.

I would have no issues. It was never offered. I have team viewer installed.
