This is my first post for me, and i need help to make bat file to backup open outlook file

I read about shadow copy, but it wasn't useful

Please help me to make backup for outlook.pst file without closing the outlook

But i know that
I'm IT admin and i want to take back from all computer by bat file in schedule Without close user's outlook

Not really any smooth native ways to backup Outlook while it's running....even if you use a VSS script, Outlook does not like anything in the mix of its fingers grasping the PST.
No Exchange server or Office 365 in the plans huh?
I'm assuming the PSTs are local on the workstations? Try 3rd party Outlook hot backup tools like Datamills.
