Do I need these ????

I was revo uninstaller to remove unwanted items. I noticed a few things listed in it that i am wondering if they are needed. If someone who surely know could let me know if I can remove them? Listed is the following:
Blio
Bubble Wrap
Bundled software uninstaller
Power2go
Quickshare
Spot
The Extractor
Win 7 home is the OS.

Bundled software uninstaller - sounds like a tool for cleaning up unwanted bits of pre-installed software
Power2Go - CD/DVD burning software from Cyberlink
Quickshare - variety of things called this, but one is an adware file share program
Spot - no idea at all on this
The Extractor - compressed file (zip/rar) unpacker
