so i am playing bf3 and the tcp optimizer really helps with the hit reg (now i feel i have internet connection like France )

so i am trying to mybe make it better and i come across this "TcpMaxDataRetransmissions" i dont know why but if i put it 7 its great and if i put it 1 its really bad... i will be happy if you can tell me what it is with "normal words "
