I voted, took 15 min in line. Not bad, considering that at 7 AM it took my wife 1.5 hrs, at 10 AM it was a 2 hour wait and at 11 it was a 2.5 hour line. Do your civic duty, vote, and do it often!

Ron Paul wasn't on the ballot so I didn't vote.

A friend from California voted for Ron Paul as write-in.. There were a number of other races (congress/judges/state constitutional amendments) on the ballot as well, mine was 4 pages.

why even bother to vote when the electoral vote not the popular vote elects the president ?

People are often ignorant and politically naive.. So the Electoral college is an attempt to mitigate that a bit and give smaller states a small advantage.

Voting counts!
Always vote. Get out, meet yourneighbous in line. Bars are not the best times to bring up your pollitical views, but, a voting line, mono a mono, has an effect. Not an effect of you over them, not an affect of them over you, but a mesuarable effect b4 voting!
