This kind of bums me out. It shows how old I am since most of the hero's of my day and some of the other sorts of entertainers are now gone.

RIP, he visited a lot of living rooms through the TV throughout his decades.

Who can forget The Andy Griffith Show. A classic if ever there was one. A ton of laughs came out of that one not to mention the hoard of talent that went on to other successes in no small part because of him as well.
A gentle man who brought good clean fun to the homes of millions.

Sad day for sure...along with the obvious great Andy Griffith Show, 2 of my favorite old movies were 'No time for Sergeants' and 'Sergeant York'
