World of Warcraft and TalkTalk

Hi
I'm having problems narrowing down my issue.
During game play mostly in battle grounds I experience lag spikes.
to a point where everyone is running on the spot or what ever I'm going to hit just freezes up.
I have a D-Link : DSL-2780 with standard ports forward both on my router and within Window 7 Ultimate firewall.
With any problem its standard for Blizzards to ask us to remove folders or rename them , those are WTF , Cache and Interface , as this resets wow and no 3rd party programs can interfere with WoW . This I've done, I have cleaned my system , ran system file checker, virus scans etc.
I'm running another trace-route now to upload to Blizzard forums , I was hoping that it would be ok to post it here too .
I spoke to a tech at TalkTalk and he told my my dsl was in sync and has not had any issues , only I know I lost connection and my phoneline went down for a few seconds , my issue has got me some attention now , TT are going to send out a technician from Britespark , but not until the 1st May 2012
Can anyone say if they might think its Talktalks service. I was wondering if there's anything I can do to reset everything I have done to make a clean connection to Blizzards server ? Then start over fresh.
I'm at the point where I'd quit both TT and WoW for now.
THanks up front
