Harrassment

I am being harassed at work by the lover of a bitch that I hate. He has tried to run me over in the parking lot a month ago and today was waiting for me to park my vehicle.
I can't take much more of these 2. If you are going to tell me to go to the boss and report this, we can close this thread right now. I hate her too and she has caused me enough grief in the last 6 years.
If you are going to tell me to go to the HR Manager, he is friends with the boss.
Time to hire a lawyer maybe?

yes, absolutely ! or at least I would say it would be worth the $100 or whatever consultation fee to answer your questions.

I will add that I do not talk to this bitch. I do not want to even be with in 2 feet of her. So if he thinks I'm interested in his ugly *****, I'm not.

also,if you ever do talk to him or confront him,or any of the 3,do not do it alone, have a friendly witness with you,or don't do anything til you get legal advice(maybe better).

Don't run and hide...time to talk to this guy, I could not live my life in fear of wondering when the next time is that someone be waiting for me and corner me.
Make this guy afraid to be waiting for you, make him run instead of hunting you down.

Get over your tudes, grab a friend and talk to the guy. Believe it or not, you have helped create this predicament you are in now. So long as you assign blame to others for your conditions, you will not be able to free yourself from the problems you have at work. Historically, you've had trouble with coworkers for years. Perhaps...these problems have something to do with you!

I am in total agreement with Tony. Our external world is a result of our internal world. You can change the way you think. Nothing is impossible. Energy flows where attention goes. Your attention is on hate, judgement, and anger. The more you call that person a "bitch," the more of a bitch they will be towards you.
You and only you have the power to change that for yourself.
You attract what you believe in and a belief is only a thought that you constantly think.
Don't give up CD.

Why does it not surprise me that you would even suggest that since you will not have to deal with the repercussions of suggested action.

Think about it a moment.... guy tries to run him over, you get out of the way and flag him out of the damn car then you beat his ass. If it gets reported you were defending yourself...plain and simple.
I would not suggest it in a manner of following him home or some where and then doing it...wait till its in a act of self defense.

This statement does not indicate the above idea.
I still do not feel that is the way to solve it, yet you are entitled to your opinion.
I have realized a lot of things this past year.
Violence begets violence.
Just my opinion.

Yeah I said catch up with the guy and beat his damn ass... he tries to run him over, you flag him down ... CATCH up to him and do it. What would you rather happen... CD go lawyer up which is fine and I'd suggest that too but at the same time he walks outside and gets run over and then for the rest of his life be bound to a chair or something of that nature while this guy walks in 5 years maybe less with comm service and slap on the wrist...yeah thats what will happen!! Had a buddy of mine get his head beat with a bat then the guy ran him over twice - he's now jobless cause he can't work, can't do half the things he used to be able to do and has seen what was once a prime of his life go to hell cause of some fool WHO DIDN'T GET NOTHING!!!!!!!
Yeah I've realized a lot of things this past year also.... CD, you man up with friends or yourself... you watch out and if this guy takes a pass then you unleash all hell cause I can assure you its worse on your end and you are only defending yourself.. you have a right to do so. Perhaps its also time to get that carry permit and pack if you think at any point you're life is in danger.

naw just my suggestion and a good one I think if it comes to that... I would hope it could be resolved and of course lawyer up to have that to fall back on if he does have to defend himself and from the way it reads its possible man slaughter attempts. I'd also suggest telling the cops so that is on record too...the more thats done before he has to step up and take action of defense the better. Once he's covered those bases and the guy goes after him he can take whatever steps required to ensure his safety!

Ouch.
The word Bitch should have not been used. Hypocrite is more appropriate.
Confront this guy? Others have said the same thing. I told the chair man (boss of the hypocrite) a month ago about almost being run over....didn't seem to care.
She is obviously putting bad thoughts in her boyfriends head. Never had a problem with the guy until they started seeing each other. I guess I'm so mean to her that she has to tell the boyfriend about me. :-/

All I want to do is my job and be left alone. Not too much to ask for is it?

Send your grievances in writing/email, that way you have some kind of physical evidence for if you have to sue. You can also wear a hidden cam but dunno if it's allowed in the work place.

Document everything whether HR believes u or not and if they don't let you file the reports, write to your companies home office and seek legal help, but definitely stand up to them and tell them to leave you alone.
