hijack this said that i have to download LSPfix or spybot can automatically remove it i downloaded spybot but it didnt fix the problem what will i do now?

I called a tech yesterday and checked the problem. he resets our modem and told us that it's good... I did a tracert again...trogers wrote:Seems there is a problem with signal quality at your ISP's local node, hop 3 to 4. You will need to inform your ISP to send a tech to look into this problem.
