Whatcha making????!!
Two of my sisters are visiting so on X-mas eve I'm cooking for everyone - Chicken Pelau, Dahl, Mango Chutney and Pita Bread.
For X-mas day we all bring a a couple of dishes so there is no "kitchen time." I'm bringing a Niman Farms Applewood Smoked Ham and the wifey is hooking up some of her signature guac.

Everything except meat, fish is fine tho.
That's how I was raised (Catholic) and I'm not really doing it because of religion but because of the tradition.
Can't say I'm going to miss the meat for 1 day tho

Leg of lamb and a pork tenderloin, real mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, carrots and Sister Schubert yeast rolls. Appetizers are shrimp and crab meat. Cream puffs and mini eclairs for snacking.

Christmas Eve at my Sister's house with her Sicilian Mother-in-law cooking. We'll start with an antipasti then caponata and on to the meatballs and mostaccioli. It's good.
Christmas day will be at 'Ol Leatherneck's house with a huge honkin' spiral ham!
