My ISP gives me 20mb of free space. I'd like to find some sort of turn-key software (free if possible) that I can upload to my web space and arrange pictures. I also plan on having links on the page that direct you to my other family members web space. The hope is to use the same picture hosting software for each url and then create links thus giving it the illusion of being bigger than it is.

I know you can do this with Picasa etc but I'd like to do it in a little more personal way.
