jail for 90 days after ruling she violated probation in a 2007 drug case by failing to attend court-ordered alcohol education classes.

Lohan immediately burst into tears after the sentencing.

Ohh no I believe in her first amendment rights but she doesn't have a right to be contempt in court which is what she was doing there. Yes funny and wrong at the same time.

She's entitled to every single right that a human being is entitled to yet she CHOOSES to be an Idiot. She's only shedding tears because her paltry little jail time is going to interrupt her partying. I really hope she gets her $hit together because at this point she seems like the Mike Tyson of female actresses, ie coulda, woulda, shoulda but in the end just dumb.

Moments later she tweeted a quote from a 2002 article by legal scholar Erik Luna: "'November 1 marked the 15th anniversary of the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines. What a load of BS... Had it be anyone else they would be in there the whole time bunked up with 4 others in one cell. I'm tired of this over crowding of the jails excuses.

No. Overcrowding affects mroe than just celebs, plenty others get out early for this reason too. And it is a big problem, yes.
