Transit Signal To High-Loss

On my CM100 modem keeps resettings 
. I called the ISP provider and said it was the Transmit signal being to high. But I had my cell phone in the room as well. Could a cell phone be causing this far as electrical interference. Took it downstairs seems ok now.
