Great bank, but I tried to check my balance and was asked what my favorite high school activity was...
2 wrong guesses and they locked me out of my account, no 24-hour support. Despite correct login and pass word.
My bad for not writing down the answers to their questions, but you'd think there'd be an automated way to reset it.
I guess I'll just pay my mortgage tomorrow rather than risk an overdraft

ya,the security stuff can get to be a pain,I agree,
a couple months ago I got Norton Security suite, which has "card & Logins"(identity protection),it stores all my logins and questions and anything else Io want it to in a secure encrypted file on a external drive,it fills all of those in for me now,I love it.
the only other person that would use this pc is my wife,so I am not worried about security, and besides,it makes me login once a day to the file,it's a very long password.

Sorry you're having issues with our online banking security process. We'd be happy to help. Please go to
http://www.umpquabank.com and click on "contact us." We'll work to reset your password. I have someone standing by until noon today (Sunday) to do so.
