A little help (recommendations)

First:
I tried to search forums, and I did not find anything about my questions
Question: I am interested if anyone of you was the owner of Verygames - DediGames Xtreme Pro Server?
Have you been satisfied with the server? Is constantly 1000fps? Lags, chokes, loss, any problem that is not up to the client? Would you recommend me to buy it?
On this DediGames server, I plan to install only a private server, CS 1.6 with 12 slots, which will be located in (Germany). For all your advice or any information, I appreciate You very much, and others who do not have anything clever to write, skip this topic.
