Win7 max memory alloc per app

Curious if win7 still has the limit of 2GB physical memory alloc per application, and if so, how to increase that limit?

Doing some googling I found that vista supported /largeaddressaware in the boot.ini, but I'm a little reluctant to using commands for a different OS.

Using Win7 ultimate x64, 8GB ram.

Good reading, I didn't know about the 16 GB limet in Home Premium 64
