I'm doing a new install and I checked with Comodo but it seems their firewall only works in 32bit(?). If so can someone please recomend a decent free firewall?

Windows 7 Firewall Control - Basic but does the job.

I'm going to be behind a wireless router using the new Win7 network function. I should be OK?

Yeah, as long as you use WPA2 encryption with a 20 digit or longer key that uses characters other than alpha numeric. I like the Windows 7 Firewall Control. basic but it allows you to block things you want and see what is trying to access the internet.
