I just wonder that is there anywhere in this great site that shows you how to tweak the registry to change MTU, MSS, TTL? If someone knows, what would you recommend for these settings? I really dont' want to use any of those tweaking programs. Please help and recommend.
Always fascinated with new learnings.....

Maybe you should look a little deeper.
There are patches or you could do it yourself

Thank you Scoot for the link but I did looked through all of them and most of it apply only to cable or DSL. Right now I am using dial up and windows 98SE. I applied the web-ph patch and it works great. But I did search around for how to tweak MTU and MSS and the other stuff for dial up but don't see them. Please help. About the web-ph tweak, I know you can change the values. Anyone has a good recommend values?
