The i7 build. Both are nice but the i7 is consistently a step ahead of the Phenom II 955.

Similar to build to what I'll be making next month (assuming you go the i7 route).

Of the HSF you are looking at, I read the Dark Knight will outperform the CM V8

Core i7 all the way. Nice new stuff.
Just imo that's a lot of fans, it'll be loud even with 120mm. I think 1-2 should be enough.
Plus the dust build will be hell to clean up (I have 3 total in my computer and man its like a vacuum cleaner.
