I am trying to re-install Fallout 3 and i recieve this error message:

an error (-5004 : 0x800700002) has occured while running the setup.

Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed any other applications.

The only thing i did was uninstall the game restarted the computer and tried to reinstall. What may be going on here?
