Hey guys. Yeah man everything is aswesome. We had one little set back as of this Tuesday. While my wife was strictly breastfeeding, Sammy wasn't getting enough nutrients for proper growth. We have to start supplementing with formula.
He was getting enough food for him not to be fussy or upset, however he wasn't gaining weight, infact, he was losing weight. So we spent the last night in the Er while they ran some test to make sure it wasn't anything more serious. Since Tuesday we have been giving him 4 ounces of formula every 2-3 hours and the little guy has already gained 5 ounces =)
He is the happiest baby I have ever seen, hence not being alarmed he wasn't getting enough food. Although, We notice he wasn't gaining weight, we thought he was just growing longer more so then wider. Apparently we were wrong.
Long story short, he is healthy, home and sleeping on daddy's chest. I must say since I have dedicated my life to God, and being obedient to his word, life has gotten better "10 fold"
I have never been to much of a compassionate person, but it seems since his birth I am an emotional wreck. I cry when he smiles LOL.. I never had this with my previous children do to the fact I was a drug addict gang banger. Sad I know. the good news is guys, I am truly blessed and so is my family..
Now for the better news!!! You all sitting down? Listen closely!!!!
Remember that guy, I think his name was Evil Angel? Well, he has made a 100 % turn around. This guy is making baked goods for recovery homes, active member of my church, and the best news to date in my life.
John was baptized into Christ!!! He has decided being in control of his own life wasn't working out to well. So he decided to follow God like his little brother. So today, John and I share God, instead of drugs and women. AMEN?
