Punk Buster errors on BF2

During gameplay, I am kicked outof a match by punkbuster. The error message reads "Losing Key Packets".
Is there a way to resolve this?

Any 3rd party software firewalls?
Try manually updating it using the PBSetup utility...

I already tried manually updating pb but the error still appeared. How do I make sure my firewall isn't blocking this program?

turn it off and see... You really only need windows firewall and a good router with a built in firewall which works fine for the normal user.
