Well considering his "Straight Talkin" tough point of view on the middle east, absolute lack of knowledge on the region, and the fact that he has the most nuclear weapons in the world, I'd say it's an understatement.

Piss off man. You are talking about a POW, learn some respect.

That guy has given more to this country than you can even imagine. At least he has served, which is more than I can say for the opposition.

And what "Millions" are you speaking of?

lmfao, him being caught was the best thing that ever happened to him. I couldn't give two shits that he was caught, it's only his fault. That retard was a terrible student, very poor pilot, and lost 5 aircraft while in the military (only reason be received pilot status was because of his father). The guys useless all around. My grandfather was in the Navy, and I have other relatives in the military. I have huge amounts of respect for people in the service, all I'm saying is he has to be the most unfit candidate. On top of that he talks to his wife like she's a piece of meat (called her a c**t in public).

The "Millions" I'm speaking of is all out war with this completely unstable, and inadequate Presidential Nominee.

Let's take it easy with the death wishes people. You may not agree with the politics of a Presidential nominee, but wishing death on them is going to the extreme.

I think you've stumbled upon a fantastic idea to put this man into the White House here Roscoe....just print up several hundred thousand lawn signs that read:

VOTE MCCAIN '08
HE WAS A P O DUBYA
LEARN SOME RESPECT!

Brilliant! If that doesn't get him into the Oval Office I just don't know what will.

You do have a good point. Maybe it is millions but that would be closer to 2 million than it would be 20 million.

There's rumor that he'll do very well in Idaho. They tend to like libertarians here. Although in Paul's case, it'll be a write in. ' He took 24 percent of Idaho's Republican Primary. That's what he's pushing across the country. That a backwoods state like Idaho, has the inspiring mentality to figure he's good enough. Don't believe me?

My neighbor across the street is a big fan. I ask her about some of Paul's ideas. Like the national sales tax? She didn't have a clue what it was. So I ask her if she knew simple things like Paul's position on health care, immigration, or his positing on the Patriot Act. She muttered some stuff she believed in but didn't exactly mirror Paul's ideas. Especially since she's all for the Patriot Act.

My guess is a lot of people here only here this part of the message. "Hope for America".

We've become a nation of "the best slogan wins".

Before I get slammed, I like some of Paul's stances. Just not enough to vote for him yet.

I don't get your point. I don't give a **** what he went through, because he's only going to send more soldiers into the same situation. Are you really that dense? The guy is insane, and doesn't belong where he is. He's effing CLUELESS.

OH heck no, don't say that about me.

You show me a black man w/ the experience and someone who can stand by their views (and happens to be a republican), and doesn't feel the need to play the race card (under the table or over it) and i would gladly give my vote to them.

YOu won't catch me voting for Hilary either and it has nothing to do with her race/sex. It has to do with her views. :thumb:

What same situation? We are in a war. It would be much better to pull out of Iraq so that all the lives lost are wasted, and to have my daughters generation have to deal w/ this scum again?

And show me how he is "INSANE"?

Why do they have to be a republican!? What if they just seem like the right person and there a *throw in any party here*?

BTW Broadsword, I wanted Ron Paul to win the primaries, but praying for a man's death is pretty ****ed up unless hes like a serial killer.

You are 100% right there. I wish this party bs would go away. but the facts are Democrats (and Republicans) are so pissy with each other and worried about ticking their own party off that its hard to see past the typical democrat stereotype...

I didnt' say he was perfect. I just get pissed off when someone wishes for the death of a POW.

Of course i wish for more clear cut, 100% correct politicans that were running, then again i guess those don't exist.

I'm really taking offense to you calling me a racist. I have no issue with people regardless of color. Has more to do with how they act, and what they do.

Nope, like i said, I'd love to do away with the Parties and find a way for Americans to help Americans. But the views are too drastically diff for that i guess.

One minute he is calling out the 'religion clinging , gun toting, under educated', next mintue he isn't.

one minute he is best friends with his preacher, next minute he hasn't agreed with his views in 'quite some time'

And this is the big problem which is much like how children are taught history and why it keeps on repeating itself. Columbus sailed the ocean in 1942, Pilgrims at plymouth rock, no taxation without representation, WWII: Hitler, ann franks diary, holocaust, sixc million jews, cas chambers.. and so on, just a few buzz phrases :rtfm: and images imprinted in the minds of the young.

Mistypes i take it? History is writen by the victors of wars. Of course it isn't 100% correct.
