Seems I won't get the ps3 folding until I learn how to set up a router. Woe is me. Will go to hardware for info. :(

What is your problem OSULLY?

All I did when I received my first PS3 for the Internet, was connect a R-45 network cable to my DSL Wireless Gateway /4port router connection, with an 8 port network switch. All 3 of my PS3 had no problem connecting to the router/switch and connecting to the Internet to download the latest PS3 firmware, and then download the F@H PS3 client. I have a total of 8 network connections, 5 PC's and 3 PS3's.

Tell me more about your hardware, OS system and ISP.

Should hook up to your isp switch the same as a pc would. Just plug the cable into each and they will do the rest.

Tks

I got the info I needed over in router section. Just some small settings to get my computer on the internet. I needed that SMP back online. Thanks for the offer of help.
