ya testing my new quad, trying to find it's max oc right now, these things really crank out the points don't they

Woo Hoo! How is the quad as far as the heat factor goes? Thats my next plan sometime in the future.

i have just had to up the v-core from 1.250 to 1.270 reading from cpuz under full load to get stable at 3250Mhz, and the temps went up about 5 C or so. still under 50C for the CPU so far.
i have no idea how much power it is using untill i run the APC battery backup software to see how it compares to my dual AMD system, maybe next week i will have that info for ya. right now the quad is on my kitchen table for doing more tweaks till i set it up as my main PC.
also raised the northbidge volts 1 notch as well, but that is a very small amount on the northbridge, i don't remember the exact amount, but it was small.

Just some of us is doing it at a much faster paste, to find a solution to some of my diseases, before I suffer more from them, and die in sever agony.
