funny thing is I had a couple pages open and came back to what I thought was this thread with YeOld giving me a recipe on how to cook it. Forgot that I had opened the Official Unofficial SG cookbook thread

I'd have to think about that one for a while...
White Worcestershire sauce, white wine, lots of chopped shallots, some oyster mushrooms, heavy heavy on the cracked black pepper, hmmm...possibly even a bit of pork fat back rendered ahead of time for some background flavor.
