Which one is the best or better

Would you please help me to select between this two programs for my photo picture
1- Adobe photoshop CS3
2- Corel paint shop Pro Photo X2
Which one is good for photo correction, color, etc...?
Please help

I'd choose CS3.
I use The GIMP and Paint Shop Pro 7.
AFAIC PSP went downhill and bloated after version 7.

What is GIMP = ....?

Gimp is a free image editing program, its good
Photoshop CS3 is probably the mac daddy of editing, but expensive too.

GIMP = GNU Image Manipulation Program
http://www.gimp.org/
PSP = Paint Shop Pro
AFAIC = as far as I'm concerned

paint.net is a good tool, but it still needs work. Its missing a lot of handy features. Its got potential though.
