Runtime Error (image large)

Whenever my uncle boots his windows XP Home OS he gets an error shown in the picture below, sometimes it affects the explorer.exe in which if the start button is pressed then the system freezes and the only way to hard reboot.
Any info on this would be great

This could be a number of things, can you post a HijackThis log?

I will try since it's not my computer and the person that owns this is a cabbage then I would like to hold my breath, will report back ASAP
