During the installation........

During the installation of Windows NT on your dual processor motherboard with two processors, only one CPU is detected. Why is the second CPU not detected?

Which version of NT?
And you're positive the BIOS is enabling the second CPU?
Which motherboard and processor(s)?

windows NT 3.1 version

d850 emvr motherboard and processor is p4 3.0 ghz!

What model P4? are you sure it isn't a hyperthreaded single core proc, at which point you probably need to enable hyperthreading in the bios and reinstall NT 3.51.

a century is a 100 year period..so he means an operating system released after the year 2000
