SCREWED up internet:(

Hello,
i recently tcp optimized my settings and got it to get over 1.3 MB on ftp.iinet.net.au servers....then i wanteds more so i installed the
1)sguide_tweak_2k_pppoe.zip
2)sg_webtweak_2k.zip
3)winxp_dnscache.zip
Now i only get 100-200 KB on the ftp webstite and get slow speeds for torrent...i have tried undoing them,..... system restore...
what do i do any1?!?!?! troger???
